Summary
Mushroom Cultivation
This update adds a complete production chain for magic mushrooms, positioned in the progression between meth and cocaine. Players can now utilize mushroom beds, spawn stations, and specialized tools like spore syringes and spray bottles. The process is fully integrated with the botanist employee role, and a new supplier in the downtown region provides the necessary materials.
Environmental Systems
A fundamental temperature system has been implemented. Players must now manage heat using AC units, which is critical for mushroom growth. Conversely, warm temperatures can be used to boost the growth speed of other plants. A new heatmap visualization tool helps players monitor their facility's climate.
Management & Quality of Life
Significant improvements have been made to facility management. Players can now rename individual stations and storage units via the management clipboard for better organization. Additionally, cleaners have seen a 100% capacity buff, and a new unit toggle allows for switching between metric and imperial measurements.
Balance & Technical Refinements
Coca production has been buffed with increased yields, while cartel influence in Westville has been capped to balance regional progression. The update also includes substantial code refactoring for employees and NPCs to improve pathfinding and reduce lag spikes.
