Hotseat local multiplayer and a massive Government system rework arrive alongside the Brush and Blade DLC featuring Toyotomi Hideyoshi and two Japanese civilizations.

Summary
Update 1.4.1 introduces significant structural changes to Civilization VII, most notably a complete overhaul of the Government and Happiness systems.
