  • newStaff: Added a new Fireball Barrage Specialization (5 points) that grants an 80% chance to reduce target Damage Reduction by 30 for 5 seconds (max 10 stacks).
  • nerfFireball Barrage: Fireball Barrage's cooldown is increased by 9s when the new Specialization is enabled.
  • changeFireball Barrage: The new Fireball Barrage Specialization cannot be used simultaneously with the Mana Burn Specialization.
  • changeFireball Barrage: The Fireball Barrage Damage Reduction debuff is limited to one application per target even if hit by multiple players.
  • buffWand: Dark Apostasy Mastery now gives Corrupted Obliteration and Obliterating Swamp an 80% chance to reduce target Damage Reduction by 40 for 3 seconds (max 5 stacks).
  • buffWand: Dark Apostasy Mastery now gives Slothful Cage an 80% chance to reduce Shield Block Chance by 30% for 4 seconds.
  • buffOrb: Summon Satellite Stellar Dash damage increased from 145% + 53 to 181% + 66.
  • nerfOrb: Summon Satellite damage dealt against monsters decreased from 100% to 60%.

Summary

Weapon Updates

Significant changes have been made to magic-based weapons. The Staff and Orb receive new 5-point Specializations focused on reducing target defenses, while the Wand's Dark Apostasy Mastery has been expanded with additional debuff effects. Battlegrounds Adjustments

The Indomitable Roar comeback mechanic in Battlegrounds has been overhauled. The buff now updates every minute instead of every two, and the most powerful tiers (4 and 5) have been removed entirely. Bug Fixes

General fixes address issues with Action Mode skill targeting and UI pop-ups. A specific fix for the Longbow ensures the Range Increase Specialization correctly applies to Flash Wave's width.
