Self-Propelled Artillery (SPA) receives a massive lethality buff with nearly doubled explosive radius, while Artillery Units are restored to two per team.

Summary
Artillery & SPA Overhaul
This experimental build focuses heavily on refining the artillery meta for the upcoming Update 19. Self-Propelled Artillery (SPA) vehicles have seen their explosive radius increased from 16m to 31m and firing range extended to 600m, though their reload speed and operational limits have been nerfed to compensate.
Unit & Commander Rebalancing
Artillery Units have been increased back to two per team, and Artillery Observers now come equipped with flare guns. Commander Artillery Strikes have been rebalanced with a lower munition cost of 150 (down from the previous test of 375) but now feature a significantly longer 16-minute cooldown.
Map & System Updates
The Smolensk map receives additional artillery construction sites in HQs to support the unit changes. Additionally, previous experimental changes like increased AT Launcher ammo and Mechanic supply crates remain in effect for this testing phase.
