- fixDropped Phones: Fixed dropped phones emitting a bright flashing light when viewed from different angles.
- fixSolid Snake: Restricted OSP Pouch pickup to Solid Snake only; other Attackers can no longer pick them up.
- fixFortress: Fixed an issue where defusers placed in the Fortress bathtub could not be picked up or defused if the wall tiles above were destroyed.

- fixViperstrike: Restored missing voice-over for Viperstrike when talking with Nighthaven.
- fixThorn: Restored missing voice-over for Thorn when talking with Denari.
- fixWolfguard: Restored missing voice-over for Wolfguard when talking with Denari.
- fixCaveira: Restored missing voice-over for Caveira when talking with Denari.
- fixAudio: Fixed an issue where no destruction sound effects would play when destroying surfaces.
- fixAudio: Fixed audio distortion occurring when holding both lean buttons while set to the HOLD toggle.

- fixSmart Ping: Removed anti-spam warnings triggered by AI teammates using the Smart ping system.
- fixChallenges: Fixed the 'No Trespassing' challenge not unlocking after getting 10 Claymore kills.
- fixMontagne: Reduced excessive brightness during Montagne's victory dance with the MTG MK.II bundle.
- fixOsa: Reduced excessive brightness on Osa's tablet during the Star Child elite victory dance.
- fixSolis: Reduced brightness on Solis' headgear visor in the Operators menu.
- fixTwitch: Reduced the brightness of Twitch's Shock Drone laser visual effect.
- fixUI: Fixed menu navigation inputs becoming unavailable after purchasing an Operator via Challenges or Clearance level.
- fixWeapon Charms: Fixed weapon charms appearing cropped in the locker preview camera.
- fixHostage: Fixed the hostage escort progress indicator ending before the circle is fully complete.
- fixAccessibility: Fixed location pings remaining yellow regardless of Accessibility color settings.
- fixControls: Fixed a conflict where the keyboard walk button prevented movement if Controller Deadzone was set to 45 or higher.
- fixUI: Fixed the Hold button icon not appearing when a hold action is available.
Summary
This addendum to the Y11S2 Test Server addresses a variety of technical issues discovered during testing. Key fixes include gameplay logic for OSP Pouches, critical audio restoration for destruction and voice-overs, and several visual adjustments to reduce excessive brightness on gadgets and victory animations.
