  • changeS-11 Speargun: S-11 Speargun projectile damage type changed from gas to none to prevent unintended resistance.
  • buffG-48 Giga Grenade: G-48 Giga Grenade refill amount increased from 1 to 2.
  • buffTED-63 Dynamite: TED-63 Dynamite max amount increased from 3 to 4.
  • buffGrenades: Widespread buffs to G-50 Seeker, G-12 HE, G-16 Impact, G-7 Pineapple, G-23 Stun, G-109 Urchin, and Incendiary grenades: starting amounts increased to 4, refills to 3, and max capacity to 5.

🛠️Bug Fixes(6)

  • fixStability: Fixed rare crashes occurring during player join or excessive simultaneous explosions.
  • fixUI/UX: Fixed a bug where weapon customizations were not properly saving.
  • fixFlamethrowers: Flame Sentry and Lumberer Exosuit flamethrowers can now correctly damage targets within 3 meters.
  • fixBallistic Shield: Directional shields no longer collide with friendly laser beams, explosions, or arcs from behind.
  • fixAutomaton Mines: Fixed Automaton mines turning invisible or clipping underground after nearby explosions.
  • fixSEAF SAM Site: SEAF SAM sites now have improved software for detecting and detonating near air units.

Summary

The 'Machinery of Oppression' update introduces the Galactic Campaign system, allowing Helldivers to track Major Orders and earn unique rewards through the new Control Center terminal. This patch features a significant rebalance of vehicle armor, making the Bastion Tank and Exosuits much more resilient against small arms fire.
