Summary

The Elder Scrolls Online Season Two: Echoes of Skyrim is now live, bringing a massive amount of previously paid content into the base game for free. Players can now access the Greymoor Chapter and Wolfhunter DLC at no cost, including the Antiquities system and the Kyne’s Aegis Trial. This season also introduces the game's first solo-specific dungeon experiences with variable difficulty.

Base Game Expansion

Major content shifts from paid/ESO Plus status to the permanent base game. This includes the entire Western Skyrim zone, the Dark Heart of Skyrim storyline, and the Antiquities system. The Markarth DLC is scheduled to follow this transition in November.

Solo Dungeons & Rewards

Two Hircine-themed dungeons, Moon Hunter Keep and March of Sacrifices, now feature dedicated solo modes with unique rewards and difficulty settings. A new Tamriel Tome progression track has launched, offering rewards like the Maarselok Slayer Mammoth mount.

Upcoming Update 52

Arriving in January, Update 52 will introduce highly requested features including a native minimap, area-of-effect taunts, and a significant increase to home furnishing limits.
