Major reworks for the Leper and Hellion heroes alongside new permanent scaling for the Monarch path and expanded Act options in The Dam.

⚔️Leper Rework(20)
- changeLeper: Combat Start Blind changed from 0-2 (no RES roll) to a guaranteed 1 Blind that rolls RES normally.
- buffLeper: Base Move RES increased from 20% to 30% and Base Stun RES increased from 30% to 40%.
- buffBash: Bash DMG increased from 2-4 to 3-7; Bash+ DMG increased from 3-5 to 5-9.
- buffBash: Bash+ Immobilize applied to self and target increased from 1 to 2.
- buffBreak: Break DMG increased from 4-7 to 5-9; Break+ DMG increased from 4-10 to 6-12.
- newBreak: Break+ now prevents the target from gaining Block for 2 rounds.
- buffChop: Chop+ minimum DMG increased from 6 to 8 (total range 8-16).
- buffHew: Hew DMG increased from 3-7 to 4-8; Hew+ DMG increased from 4-9 to 5-10.
- nerfIntimidate: Intimidate now has a cooldown of 2; Intimidate+ has a cooldown of 1.
- buffIntimidate: Intimidate DMG increased from 1-2 to 2-6; Intimidate+ DMG increased from 2-3 to 3-7.
- buffPurge: Purge DMG increased from 2-4 to 3-7; Purge+ DMG increased from 3-5 to 5-9.
- buffReflection: Reflection now removes Weak and Vulnerable in addition to Blind and Combo.
- nerfReflection: Reflection+ stress heal reduced from 2 to 1 and cooldown increased from 0 to 1.
- changeReflection: Reflection+ now grants +10% Debuff RES per token type removed (stacks up to 3) instead of a flat +20%.
- changeRevenge: Revenge reworked into a modal skill: duration increased to 1 battle, cooldown reduced to 2, grants 1 Strength on use, and +3 SPD while active.
- changeRevenge: Revenge now prevents Block from being gained and clears existing Block and Weak on use.
- changeRuin: Ruin completely revised: now uses Ruination tokens (stack to 10) generated when taking damage; next hit deals +15% DMG (+20% for Ruin+) per token.
- buffWithstand: Withstand duration increased to 1 battle, cooldown reduced to 2, and launch ranks expanded to 1-4.
- changeWithstand: Withstand now clears Strength and Vulnerable but prevents Strength gain and applies -100% CRIT while active.
- nerfWithstand: Withstand+ Block+ reduced to standard Block.
🎭Leper Paths(8)
- buffTempest: Tempest path penalties to Max HP (-25%), SPD (-3), and RES bonuses removed.
- changeTempest: Tempest skills (Chop, Hew, Break) now deal self-damage per negative token but gain +10-15% DMG per negative token.
- nerfPoet: Poet path RES bonuses removed; offensive skills (Bash, Chop, Hew, Purge) removed from path.
- changePoet: Poet Solemnity heal reduced from 50/75% to 25/33% but now applies Regen.
- newMonarch: Monarch path re-envisioned with 'Monarch's Oath': permanent DMG/Heal scaling (+1% per kill, +10% per boss, max 66%).
- buffMonarch: Monarch Move increased to Forward 2, Back 2.
- buffPurge: Monarch Purge now ignores Dodge, destroys 2 positive tokens, and has a chance to steal all positive tokens based on Monarch's Oath.
- newRuin: Monarch Ruin+ now grants Execution 1 to all Melee skills while active.
🪓Hellion Rework(5)
- buffHellion: Winded DMG penalty changed from -33% to a flat -2 DMG per token; SPD penalty reduced from -3 to -2 per token.
- nerfHellion: Skills that grant Winded can no longer be used if the Hellion has the maximum 3 tokens.
- buffHellion: Low-health DMG buff thresholds increased from <50% to <66% HP and <25% to <33% HP.
- buffAdrenaline Rush: Adrenaline Rush no longer requires the Hellion to be under 33% HP to use; cooldown reduced to 0.
- changeAdrenaline Rush: Adrenaline Rush heal adjusted to 15% on hit for 1 turn; duration increases per Winded token removed.
💍Trinkets(5)
- buffA Simple Flower: A Simple Flower: Now provides Heal 10% and Block+ on RES; adds positive token to ally behind at turn end.
- changeInevitable End: Inevitable End: Reworked to provide Forward 1 at turn start and +5% DMG when last in turn order.
- changeUncommon Seashell: Uncommon Seashell: Now applies Stun to attackers on Crit; grants Block/Block+ when healed.
- buffExperimental Remedy: Experimental Remedy: 100% Heal is now guaranteed.
- buffPain Box: Pain Box: Chance for +1 Blight Dealt increased to 100%.
🕯️The Dam(2)
- newThe Dam: Added extended versions of Acts 1 and 2 (unlocked after initial completion).
- newDeath: Death can now appear in battle without the Flagellant in party (requires beating Death and Act 5).
⚙️Gameplay & Fixes(5)
- changeUI: Applicable combat buffs from Trophies, Pets, Flames, and Almanacs now appear on the character sheet.
- changeUI: Enabled highlights in previews for tokens that can be stolen or converted.
- fixAchievements: Fixed an issue where skipping from the first inn to the mountain did not count for the Grand Slam achievement.
- changePerformance: Updated Unity version for security recommendations.
- fixStability: Fixed softlock occurring when abandoning an expedition before choosing a boss.
Summary
Hero Reworks
The Leper and Hellion have received comprehensive reworks to improve their utility and mechanical identity. The Leper's Wanderer path now features more consistent damage ranges and a reworked 'Ruin' ability using Ruination tokens. The Hellion's 'Winded' mechanic has been adjusted from a percentage penalty to a flat damage reduction to make it less punishing at low stacks.
Path Overhauls
The Monarch path for Leper has been completely re-envisioned with 'Monarch's Oath,' a permanent scaling mechanic that increases damage and healing based on kills throughout a run. The Tempest and Poet paths have also been refined to better define their roles as glass cannons and regenerative tanks, respectively.
The Dam & Gameplay
The Dam now offers extended versions of Acts 1 and 2 for players who have completed them. Additionally, Death can now appear in encounters even if the Flagellant is not in the party, provided specific conditions are met. Various quality-of-life updates include character sheet visibility for trophy buffs and UI highlights for token manipulation.
