Summary
X-Ray Scanner Implementation
Valve has introduced the X-Ray Scanner for players located in Germany and the Netherlands to comply with local regulations. This system requires players to reveal the contents of a container before opening it. To initialize the scanner, players receive an exclusive P250 skin.
Container Mechanics
While standard containers require the scanner, keyless items like Souvenir Packages remain exempt from this workflow and can be opened normally.
