Tauron Strike charge rates doubled from Convergence Orbs alongside critical progression fixes for Descendia and The Perita Rebellion.

Summary
Tauron Strike & Focus Systems
This hotfix significantly improves the Tauron Strike charging mechanic, doubling the charge gained from Convergence Orbs when at the daily cap. It also refines the recently added Focus Lens notification system to be less intrusive and more accurate to player loadouts.
Mission & Gameplay Fixes
Major stability and progression issues have been addressed in the Descendia and Perita Rebellion missions. This includes removing hazardous lava that caused progression stops, fixing boss spawn locations, and resolving several 'Last Gasp' bugs that resulted in function loss or permanent white screens.
Combat & Equipment Adjustments
Several combat-related bugs were squashed, most notably fixing Uriel's abilities to correctly trigger Arcane Hot Shot for clients. Additionally, an exploit allowing Primary weapons to be equipped with the Vinquibus has been removed, and Arcane Consequence has been added to Roathe's store.
