FIAT 6616UB receives DM63 APDS shells and the PGZ88's over-performing mantlet armor is corrected.

Vehicle Adjustments
The FIAT 6616UB has been buffed with the addition of DM63 APDS ammunition. Conversely, the PGZ88 had a bug fixed where its mantlet provided excessive protection, and its graphical artifacts were resolved.
Game Modes & UI
Nuclear Escalation now features a 12.0-13.0 Battle Rating bracket for early era battles, allowing 13.0 BR aircraft to match into both early and late era sessions. The minimal radar interface has also been improved with new toggle buttons for IRST and ESM modes.
