BETADisruptor weapons now reduce enemy regeneration while the upcoming 4.4 'Pegasus' update will introduce the ability to join or leave ongoing wars.

- changeFleets: Added a 10-year cap for how long a fleet can remain Missing In Action (MIA).
- buffDisruptor Weapons: Disruptor weapons now reduce Regeneration Effectiveness on hit for 10 days (T1: -20% Shield/-10% Armor, T2: -35%/-20%, T3: -50%/-30%).
- buffPsionic Disruptor: Psionic Disruptors now reduce Shield Regen by 35% and Fire Rate by 20%, stacking with other disruptors.
- buffAdvanced Bio-Reactor: Increased Exotic Gas production of Advanced Bio-Reactor from 0.05 to 0.1.
- buffMinistry of Production: Increased Alloy and Consumer Goods bonus for Ministry of Production and Production Center from 0.1 to 0.2.
- buffFaculty of Archaeostudies: Biologists on Relic Worlds now produce +0.25 Minor Artifacts (up from +0.1).
- buffArchaeo-Engineering: Archaeo-Engineering AP now increases Biologist Minor Artifact Production by +0.15 (up from +0.05).
- buffMinor Artifacts: Increased Minor Artifact storage cap to 2000 and Archaeo-Engineering bonus to 3000.
- buffFaculty of Archaeostudies: Reduced Faculty of Archaeostudies building upkeep from 10 Energy to 8 Energy.
- buffAstral Siphon: Increased Astral Siphon thread production to +0.2, +0.35, and +0.50.
- nerfAstral Siphon: Reduced Astral Siphon Physics bonus to +0.2, +0.35, and +0.50 (down from +0.25/+0.5/+0.75).

- buffDoom of the Eater: Increased Doom of the Eater fleet size to compensate for ship size logic changes.
- fixVolcanic Forge: Fixed Volcanic Forge technology not appearing for certain origins.
- fixPurge: All purges now pause whenever a ground battle is occurring on the planet.
- fixScourge Missiles: Fixed Scourge Missiles dealing 5x intended damage.

- changeAI: Adjusted AI food budget to ensure bio-ship empires rebuild fleets after war losses.
- changeAI: Adjusted AI influence budgets to prevent immediate depletion on vassalization contract changes.

- fixMultiplayer: Fixed Out-of-Sync (OOS) errors occurring during hotjoins and player rejoins.
- fixSpy Networks: Fixed an OOS related to Spy Networks.
