- newCrew Banners: Spying on other ships now displays crew-specific ship banners and musical effects.

Summary
Update 3.9.1 introduces the highly requested Outfit Saving feature, allowing pirates to store and name their favorite cosmetic combinations. Custom Seas receives a significant content drop with the return of the original Golden Sands Outpost as a Legendary Location, new commands for the Fort of the Damned and weather control, and expanded switches for emergent events.
