High-level Purge server crashes and inventory item disappearance fixed alongside server browser and modding tool improvements.

- fixModkit: Fixed issue with ModControllers injecting sublevels into ConanSandbox with AditionalSublevels that was crashing the editor when starting PIE
- fixModkit: Fixed a bug where shared folder names would show up twice/doubled in the Choose Assets To Cook window
